You may request a return within 30 days after delivery for eligible items.
Eligibility
To be eligible, an item should be unused, in the condition received, and with its original packaging and included accessories where applicable. Certain hygiene-sensitive, personalized or final-sale products may be excluded where legally permitted; any exclusion will be disclosed on the product page.
Start a Return
Email myidealco@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Do not send an item back to the address printed on the parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Because orders may be fulfilled from different locations, the correct return address will be supplied after approval.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video when available so we can assess the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and verified, or after another resolution is approved. Bank and card processing times vary.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or the issue resulted from our error. Return shipping responsibilities will be confirmed when we approve the return.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
