These Terms govern your use of the My Ideal Co. online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Store Use
You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use content in a way that violates intellectual property or other rights.
Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, images and prices accurately. Minor differences in color, packaging or supplier presentation can occur. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you with available options.
Prices and Payment
Prices shown at checkout are the prices applicable to the order, subject to any valid discount or market-specific pricing. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated or displayed according to Shopify settings and applicable law. Payment must be successfully authorized before fulfillment begins.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not require us to accept an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled. We may cancel or decline an order in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable inventory, invalid shipping information or other legitimate operational reasons. If payment was captured for an order we cancel, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds page form part of these Terms and apply to purchases made through the store.

The store relies on third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners and carriers. Their services may be subject to additional terms and technical availability outside our direct control.

Store branding, original text, graphics and other content owned by us may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and products are provided subject to the warranties and protections that cannot legally be excluded. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order will govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
